Pre-registration Instructions for Existing Students at IISER Kolkata

You must pay the requisite fee and pre-register yourself at this online portal before the deadline 23rd July 2018. Failure to pre-register online will debar you from registering for Autumn 2018 semester at IISER Kolkata.

The above admission fees are provisional and subject to the amendment by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD).

You must pay using NEFT/ RTGS/ SBI to SBI Account Transfer/ Cash & Cheque Deposit at any branches of State Bank of India so that your payment is identified with an Unique Transaction Reference Number (UTR: usually 16 alphanumeric characters)/ Any Other Reference Number (usually 10 alphanumeric characters)/ Fund Remitter Bank Account Number and Branch Code.

      Upon receiving your Unique Transaction Reference Number (UTR: usually 16 alphanumeric characters)/ Any Other Reference Number (usually 10 alphanumeric characters)/ Fund Remitter Bank Account Number and Branch Code, the number would be verified by us to confirm your payment.
  3. Other means of payment, such as, by Cash, Cheque or Demand Draft will not be accepted
  4. After successful pre-registration you would be able to print your registration slip. You MUST produce the registration slip during the admission.
  5. Registration desks would open on 30th July 2018 at 10 AM at LHC. You must present yourself to registration desk on this day with the following documents:
    1. ) Signed copy of your pre-registration slip
    2. ) Please bring your identity card for verification
    3. ) The provisionally admitted students have to submit their pending documents at the time of registration or will not be entitled to register for the semester.
    4. ) Photocopy of Aadhaar (if present)
  6. Please check your current contact information and update them (if needed).A signed copy of the updated information needs to be submitted to the Academic Cell for records.
  7. Please check that your name matches exactly with your Class 10 certificate,as only the name printed in the Class 10 certificate will be used for the issue of any certificates from the Institute.
  8. In-absentia registration will not be permitted.
  9. All students graduating in 2019 should have Aadhar Card to receive their degree in the forthcoming Convocation 2019. They also need to submit their names in Hindi to recieve degree certificate in bilingual format.
