Special PhD interviews only for candidates qualifying the NET-JRF fellowship in July 2023 for the Autumn 2023 semester

The Department of Chemical Sciences (DCS) at IISER Kolkata invites applications for regular Ph.D. programme in the discipline Chemistry in the Autumn Semester of 2023.

This is 'Special Call' for 'Walk-in' interviews for students having a 'Junior Research Fellowships' PARTICULARLY those who have qualified the CSIR/UGC-NET JRF from the exam. held in June, 2023 (https://csirhrdg.res.in/). Although, it is a call for an 'Walk-in' interview, however prospective students are encouraged to apply in the Institute portal (Click here).

Minimum Eligibility Criteria:Bright and motivated candidates who have passed M.Sc. examination with minimum 55% marks in any field of Chemistry or Physics. Besides satisfying minimal eligibility criteria, the candidates must have qualified the CSIR/UGC-NET JRF from the exam. held in June, 2023.

*Reservations for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/DIVYANG candidates are applicable as per Government of India norms.
