You must initiate the registration process through the online portal after paying the requisite fees through online transaction before the offer expires. Failure to register online will debar you from taking admission at IISER Kolkata.

You can pay using your Debit/Credit card, Internet banking or BHIM UPI through our online payment gateway.
Last date for online payment of fees and pre-registration is 10th JULY 2024.
DATE OF REPORTING : 26th July 2024 at 10 AM at Room No.107, Lecture Hall Complex (LHC), IISER Kolkata, Mohanpur.

Important Points

1. Online form will require your recent photograph. Please check that your name matches exactly with your Class X certificate, as only the name printed in the Class X certificate will be used for the issue of any certificates from the Institute.
2. After successful registration you would be able to print your registration slip.
3. Once the payment is successful, you will receive a receipt for fees payment.
4. You MUST report, in person, to the Room No.107, Lecture Hall Complex (LHC), IISER Kolkata, Mohanpur on 26 th JULY 2024 at 10 AM along with the following documents.
   a) Registration Form (duly filled-up and signed).
   b) Proof of payment of fees
   c) Original and self-attested copies of mark sheets and certificates of all examinations starting from 10 th standard.
   d) SC/ST/OBC/OBC-NCL/PwD/KM/EWS certificates as applicable.EWS/OBC-NCL certificate valid for current financial year 2024–2025(certificate issue date for EWS/OBC-NCL has to be on or after April 1, 2024)
   e) Anti-Ragging Form (duly signed by candidate and parent/guardian).
   f) Bye-laws-Institute Rules Rules Form (duly signed by candidate and parent/guardian).
   g) Declaration form for Mental Health Issues of the student
   h) Proof of photo ID [Any ONE of the following: Driving License, Aadhar Card,,Passport, Voter ID Card, PAN Card] and a self-attested photocopy of the same.
   i) Self-attested copy of Aadhar Card (if not provided in (g), above).
   j) Original Proof of date of birth-Birth Certificate
   k) Four (4) recent passport size photographs.
   l) Migration certificate (if not already submitted).
   

All originals should be with the candidate at the time of admission for verification purpose. The desired originals, which are supposed to be returned, will be given back to the candidate after verification.

It is reiterated that whoever fails to register on 26/7/2024 will be debarred from all kinds of academic activities for the current semester. Further, post facto request at any pretext will not be entertained.
