You have already paid a mandatory seat-acceptance fee (SAF) of ₹35,000/-(Rupees thirty-five thousand only) (₹25,000/-+₹10,000/-(Non-refundable administrative fee)) for GEN/OBC/OBC-NCL/PwD/EWS/KM and Kashmiri Pandit/Kashmiri Hindu Families (non-migrants) candidates or ₹17,500/-(Rupees seventeen thousand five hundred only) (₹12,500/-+₹5,000/-(Non-refundable administrative fee)) for SC/ST candidates.Now that you have chosen to “Freeze” at IISER Kolkata, you will need to pay the fee to the IISER Kolkata. You can find the fee details in the offer letter (that you can download by logging in to your account). The fee to be paid to the IISER is the balance after adjustment of the SAF already paid.

The online fee payment has to be done on the date of reporting to IISER Kolkata. You will need to pay the difference between the SAF and the admission fee of IISER Kolkata.

Important Points

1. Online form will require your recent photograph.
2. After successful registration you would be able to print your pre-registration slip.
3. Once the payment is successful, you will receive a receipt for fees payment.
4. You MUST report, in person, to R N Tagore Auditorium, Mohanpur on 25 AUGUST 2025 at 10 AM along with the documents mentioned in your offer letter.
5. You will receive an institute email address and password after Physical Verification of documents and Registration at the Institute.
6. Using the given institute email address and password, you can enter the course portal.
7. Please check that your name matches exactly with your Class X certificate, as only the name printed in the Class X certificate will be used for the issue of any certificates from the Institute.

As per the revised advisory issued regarding the Anti-Ragging compliance by the Secretary, UGC, Ministry of Education, under reference letter No. D.O. No. F.1-15/2009 (ARC) Pt. III, the Institute follows the directive in compliance of 2nd amendment in UGC Regulation, and it is compulsory for each student and every parent to submit an online undertaking every academic year at www.antiragging.in
 
Anti-Ragging Undertaking

1. Students are required to fill out the Anti-Ragging Undertaking online at the official Anti-Ragging website. www.antiragging.in (follow the Anti Ragging Affidavit document for few details)
2. After submission, students will receive a confirmation email containing their registration number.
3. Please submit confirmation email along with the Anti ragging undertaking form.

All originals should be with the candidate at the time of admission for verification purpose. The desired originals, which are supposed to be returned, will be given back to the candidate after verification.
It is reiterated payment of full fee is a must to confirm your admission at IISER Kolkata.
