You have already paid a mandatory seat-acceptance fee (SAF) of Rs.35,000/- (Rupees thirty-five thousand only) (Rs.25,000/-+Rs.10,000/- (Non-refundable administrative fee)) for GEN/OBC-NCL/PwD/EWS/KM and Kashmiri Pandit /Kashmiri Hindu Families (non-migrants) candidates or Rs.17,500/-(Rupees seventeen thousand five hundred only)(Rs.12,500/-+Rs.5,000/-(Non-refundable administrative fee))for SC/ST candidates.

Now that you have chosen to "Freeze" at IISER Kolkata, you will need to pay the fee to the IISER Kolkata. You can find the fee details in the offer letter (that you can download by logging in to your account). The fee to be paid to the IISER is the balance after adjustment of the SAF already paid.

This has to be done by online fee payment on the reporting day.

You MUST report, in person, to MN Saha Lecture Hall,TRC, IISER KOLATA, Mohanpur on 27 AUGUST 2024 at 8:30 AM to initiate the registration process along with the documents mentioned in your offer letter.

Important Points

1. An Online form needs to be filled for initiating the registration process You will require your scanned recent photograph.
2. After successful registration you would be able to print your pre-registration slip.
3. Once the payment is successful, you will receive a receipt for fees payment.
4. You will receive an institute email address and password after Physical Verification of documents and Registration at the Institute.
5. Using the given institute email address and password, you can enter the course portal.
6. Please check that your name matches exactly with your Class X certificate, as only the name printed in the Class X certificate will be used for the issue of any certificates from the Institute.

All originals should be with the candidate at the time of admission for verification purpose. The desired originals, which are supposed to be returned, will be given back to the candidate after verification.
It is reiterated payment of full fee is a must to confirm your admission at IISER Kolkata. Further, post facto request at any pretext will not be entertained.
